Our Safety Plan

  1. SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES

We have taken all reasonable steps to help our visitors maintain a safe and social distance within the show. The number of visitors at any one time will be closely monitored and, if needs be, restricted in certain areas in order to comply with any social distancing rules in place.

Where applicable aisles will be wider to accommodate social distancing.

Clear signage will be used throughout the show. We will be asking all visitors and exhibitors to keep to the left whilst travelling along the aisles and observe social distancing rules.

For our visitors we’ve introduced eTickets to reduce queuing and help with speed of entry to our show, and we will be operating a queue management system at the entrance and clear signage asking people to help observe the social distancing measures.

  1. TRAINING, CLEANING & PERSONAL PROTECTION

Our team will be briefed and trained in our Covid-19 prevention procedure.

High contact points will be established before the event and a cleaning routine will be carried out daily throughout the show.

Signposted hand sanitiser stations will be available at the event, the location for these stations will be at the main entrance(s). We request you use them when you enter the show and throughout your day.

Toilets will be regularly cleaned throughout the event. Please ensure that you wash your hands regularly in line with government advice.

Our staff will be provided with personal protective equipment for necessary tasks and this will be used in accordance with government guidelines.

We advise all exhibitors to bring hand sanitiser and use antibacterial wipes on stock when necessary.

Face coverings are no longer mandatory.

Perspex screens will be installed where required.

Once booked on you will receive either a postal pack or an email pack dependent on the event.

Postal Packs

Exhibitors will have wristbands and vehicle passes posted to them prior to the event. We ask that wristbands are secured around the wrist upon arrival and vehicle passes are clearly displayed in the window of the vehicle.

E-Packs

Exhibitors will receive an e-mail with a unique QR code and all relevant information for the event. Please bring a copy of the QR code (either on your phone or printed off) with you, this will be scanned and access will be granted in accordance to the allocation specified.

We advise exhibitors to use card payments where possible to avoid the handling of cash.

A show guide will be available online if applicable; this can be downloaded at the show by scanning one of the many QR codes located around the show. Alternatively you can download the floorplan from our website in advance (please note this will only be available a few days before the show).

  1. HEALTH CHECKS

We ask that if you or any accompanying persons are showing any symptoms of Covid-19, please do not attend the show.
