The International Classic Motorcycle Show is an annual event that celebrates classic and vintage motorcycles from around the world. The event is held at the Stafford County Showground and features a range of exhibitions, trade stands, and live demonstrations of classic bikes in action.

    If you organise a motorcycle or scooter club and would like to exhibit at The International Classic Motorcycle Show, we’d love to hear from you. Simply complete the Club Stand Application and Risk Assessment forms below to apply for your display.

    Exhibitor Wristbands

    One complimentary weekend exhibitor wristband will be issued for each motorcycle exhibited.

    Clubs and private displays will also receive additional complimentary wristbands equivalent to 50% of the number of motorcycles displayed. For example, a display of 10 motorcycles will receive 15 complimentary wristbands in total.

    Any further weekend exhibitor wristbands can be purchased at the discounted rate of £18 each.

    Get your brand and machines front and center at the heart of the action! The GP Paddock is buzzing with the thrill of the race and we want your display to feel like it’s right amongst the race pits—where the machines are prepped, tuned, and ready to hit the track.

    Past exhibitors have used tools, tyres, and race leather benches to create an authentic, immersive atmosphere—and we can’t wait to see what you bring this year!

    If you own a remarkable motorcycle and wish to showcase it to the world, please fill out the private entries application and risk assessment form provided below.

    Before You Apply

    • All motorcycles must be at least 15 years old.

    • Please include photographs of your motorcycle with your application. Applications submitted without images cannot be considered.

    • Completing an application does not guarantee acceptance. All entries are subject to approval by the organisers.

    • Only the motorcycle detailed on your application will be permitted entry to the show.

    Accepted Entries

    If your application is successful:

    • There is a £10 entry fee per exhibited motorcycle.

    • Each accepted entry includes one vehicle pass and two complimentary exhibitor wristbands.

    • You will receive a confirmation email and, prior to the show, an information pack containing your entry QR code, which must be presented (printed or on your mobile device) at the trade gate to collect your wristbands.

    • We aim to contact successful applicants at least one month before the event. Applications submitted within one month of the show will be processed as quickly as possible.

    Conditions For Exhibitors

    Once inside the event everyone is subject to the rules and regulations as laid down by the management of Staffordshire Showground and the show organisers, Mortons Media Group. Items of specific importance to exhibitors are as follows.

    1. All vehicles are accepted into the event on condition that the showground authorities and the show organisers cannot be held responsible for exhibitors’ negligence involving damage to vehicles and/or property or injury to persons. Similarly for loss or theft of vehicles, property, contents and equipment.

    2. It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to ensure that all vehicles being driven on the showground have, as a minimum, third party insurance cover. Road Traffic Act rules apply on site.

    3. Vehicles entering and leaving the showground are restricted to a maximum of walking speed and no unauthorised movement of vehicles is permitted during showtime until after 6pm Sat & 5pm Sun – any emergency circumstances resulting in the need for an earlier departure must be agreed with the organisers before show marshals escort you from the showground.

    4. Camping is a privilege to exhibitors granted by Stafford Showground and it is essential that all litter is cleared and no groundwork is allowed on site. Exhibitors/campers/traders are warned of the danger of falling branches and anyone setting up close to mature trees does so at their own risk. Camping from 12noon Friday until 5pm Sunday

    5. Pets are the direct responsibility of their handlers and must be kept on a leash at all times and any deposits to be cleared up.

    6. The organisers and the showground authorities reserve the right to remove anyone from the event who is CONSIDERED to have CONTRAVENED the regulations and this could result in a ban for the individual/club/ trader from future shows.

    7. Completion of this application form does not guarantee acceptance due to the limitation of exhibit space. All entries are entirely at the discretion of the organisers.

    8. The use of any form of loudspeaker is not permitted withing the camping area.
